Eastman Kodak Company chairman and CEO Antonio M. Perez announced that the board of directors has promoted Philip J. Faraci to the position of president and COO.      Mr. Faraci,who joined Kodak in December 2004, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Kodak’s two major digital businesses: the Consumer Digital Imaging Group (CDG) and the Graphic Communications Group (GCG).
